Cookie Policy

Last updated — 18 May 2026 · v1.6

This Cookie Policy explains how Triophase Global Services Pvt. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on triophase.com and the Triophase Studio portal. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. This policy uses "cookies" to cover all of them.

They are first-party when set by triophase.com, and third-party when set by another domain whose service we have embedded. They are session cookies when deleted on closing your browser, and persistent when they remain until they expire or you delete them.

2. Your choices

We ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary. You can:

  • Accept or reject non-essential categories from the banner shown on your first visit
  • Change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer
  • Reject non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the public site

Rejecting is as easy as accepting. The reject control has the same prominence as the accept control, and closing the banner without choosing does not imply consent.

We record your choice so we can demonstrate it, and we ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we introduce a materially different cookie.

3. Categories we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

Required for the site and the Studio to function. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled through our banner.

Cookie Purpose Duration Party
Session cookie Maintains your session across page requests Session First party
CSRF token Protects against cross-site request forgery Session First party
Authentication cookie Keeps you signed in to the Studio Session, or until sign-out First party
Consent record Stores your cookie preferences 12 months First party
__cf_bm / Cloudflare bot management Distinguishes legitimate traffic from automated abuse Up to 30 minutes Third party (Cloudflare)
cf_clearance Records that a security check has been passed Up to 30 days Third party (Cloudflare)

3.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. These cookies are set only after you consent, and are not set if you decline.

Cookie Purpose Duration Party
_ga Distinguishes one visitor from another 2 years Third party (Google)
_ga_<container-id> Maintains analytics session state 2 years Third party (Google)

Google Analytics collects your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the site. We have IP anonymisation enabled and we have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles or shared into Google's advertising products.

Analytics data is processed in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses within Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum as an additional safeguard. Section 7 of our Privacy Policy explains our transfer position.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics on any site using Google's browser add-on.

3.3 Functional

We do not currently set functional or preference cookies beyond those listed as strictly necessary.

3.4 Marketing and advertising

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag and no Google Ads tag on this site.

4. Embedded third-party content

Where a page contains content embedded from another service, that service may set its own cookies. We load such content only after you have consented to the relevant category, and we use privacy-preserving embed modes where the provider offers them. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font service receives your IP address.

5. Local and session storage

The Studio uses browser local storage and session storage to hold interface state and cached data needed for the application to work. These are not cookies but serve a comparable function, are treated as strictly necessary, and are cleared when you sign out or clear site data.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies, and deleting existing ones. Instructions are in the help documentation for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site and the Studio from working. That is a consequence of how they function, not a penalty for your choice.

Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of non-essential cookies.

7. Do Not Track

There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track signals and we do not respond to them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control, as described above.

8. Cookies we do not use

For clarity:

  • We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles
  • We do not sell or share information collected by cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising
  • We do not use fingerprinting designed to identify you after you have declined cookies
  • We do not set non-essential cookies before you have given consent

9. Changes

We may update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The "last updated" date will change, and where the change is material we will ask for consent again.
